2025 Reflection

No I didn’t get into Forbes 30U30 or get featured in GovInsider in 2025.

For me it was about self acceptance, challenging myself and forgiving my past self. It was about taking a step back to reflect on what matters to me, my values and what I bring to the world.

It was about the “gifted child” from school coming face to face with the real world out there.

It was about figuring myself out as a person, a lot of, often difficult inner work. So the photo in this post… is a solo shot.

My defining quote for 2025 was, “Very few people ask for what they want.” So I did. Coming out of a shell is hard. But it’s so worth it!

I’m most proud of: holding a mirror to my friends and colleagues to show them their true potential. Introducing them to themselves. My friends and colleagues did it for me… I had to pay it forward.

I’m also proud of finally making expense claims correctly. I know you’re proud Elizabeth Tan.

I want to be better at delegating, trusting and relying on my team.

Steady growth. 2026.
